Who this agreement would be with

What it would cover
Account creation and closure, what a purchase entitles you to, acceptable use of the resources sold here, the licence granted with each product, limits of liability, and how disputes are handled.
What is outstanding
The operating entity, its address, its VAT treatment and the wording of this document are all open. They are settled with a qualified advisor before the store takes money, and this notice disappears when they are.
