This document is a placeholder. It is not in force, it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and nothing on this page creates an agreement. It is published now so the store’s structure is complete and the gaps are visible.
Who this agreement would be with
The seller is [LEGAL_NAME], registered at [BUSINESS_ADDRESS], VAT identification [VAT_ID]. Enquiries go to [CONTACT_EMAIL]. Every one of those is a placeholder until the business details are confirmed.
What it would cover
The account data collected at registration, what Discord shares when you link an account, what is logged for security, how long orders and payment records are kept after an account is closed, and how to request a copy or a deletion. The retention behaviour is already implemented — see the account closure page.
What is outstanding
The operating entity, its address, its VAT treatment and the wording of this document are all open. They are settled with a qualified advisor before the store takes money, and this notice disappears when they are.
